My academic journey began in the realm of mechanical engineering, a discipline that honed my analytical skills and attention to detail. Yet, life has a way of unveiling new paths, and I found my true calling in the dynamic world of people operations. To bridge the gap between my engineering background and my newfound passion, I pursued a master’s degree from Monash University, enriching my understanding and equipping me with the tools to make a meaningful impact in the HR field.
